Senior plc is seeking an HR Systems Specialist based at the Group head-office in Rickmansworth. You will maintain, optimise and develop the global HR system portfolio to meet business needs and provide credible, responsive services to stakeholders across 20+ subsidiaries.
You will partner with global teams, standardise and automate processes, manage user access, train system administrators, and create reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions. Hybrid working up to 2 days a week.
