Friendly, fun Receptionist/Administrator (Part-time) — Lytham St Annes
Are you warm, organised and great with people? Join our growing care team as a part-time Receptionist/Administrator and help make every visit and phone call a little brighter for people living with dementia and their families.
What you’ll do
- Welcome visitors, answer phones and manage appointments with a calm, friendly manner
- Provide administrative support: data entry, filing, correspondence and invoicing
- Support families with empathy and clear communication
- Liaise with care teams to ensure smooth office operations
What we’re looking for
- Previous receptionist/administration experience
- Excellent people skills and a compassionate, patient approach
- Understanding of, or sensitivity to, dementia and family needs
- Good IT skills (MS Office, basic databases)
- Reliable, professional and team-focused
Hours & location
- 3 days per week, based at our office in Lytham St Annes
