This role is ideal for an established Medical Writer ready to take on greater ownership, combining scientific expertise with client leadership, project management and team mentoring.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing a wide range of high-quality medical communications materials across multiple accounts
  • Translating complex scientific data into clear, accurate and engaging content
  • Acting as a trusted scientific partner to clients, leading meetings and providing strategic editorial guidance
  • Managing multiple projects to deadline while maintaining exceptional quality standards
  • Reviewing, mentoring and supporting the development of junior writers
  • Building strong relationships with clients, KOLs and cross-functional teams
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous experience within a medical communications agency (Minimum 2 years)
  • A proven track record of producing a variety of scientific deliverables
  • Strong client-facing experience and the confidence to lead scientific discussions
  • Experience reviewing content and mentoring junior team members
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
