AVAILABLE SHIFTS

  • Full Time: Monday-Friday business hours

  • Rates start at $22-$25 per hour, based on prior work experience

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Assist with new resident paperwork and business files
  • Assist with new hire paperwork and maintaining files
  • Manage inventory and order office supplies
  • Notify residents of deliveries, activity reminders, and appointment reminders
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Manage calendars, scheduling and preparing for staff meetings
