- Rates start at $20 - $21 per hour based on work experience.

WHAT OUR RESIDENT CARE ASSOCIATES DO:
- Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care.
- Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents.
- Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system.
- Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services.
- Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed.
- Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA).
- Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance).
- Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.
- Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
