Mileage: 45p per mile

Within this role, you will provide dignified, person-centred support aligned with each client's individual care plan. This includes tailored assistance with personal care, safe mobility, medication management, domestic tasks, and essential errands, all delivered with a focus on building genuine companionship and promoting independence at home.
