The Activity Facilitator will plan, prepare, and deliver a varied programme that enhances wellbeing, independence, and social engagement, leading both group and one-to-one sessions and training colleagues to inspire others.
You will promote dignity, safety, and inclusion, adapting activities to individual needs while tracking attendance and outcomes.
