Hourly rate: £13.18- £22.46 per hour

Within this role, you will provide dignified, person-centered support aligned with each client's individual care plan. This includes tailored assistance with personal care, safe mobility, medication management, domestic tasks, and essential errands, all delivered with a focus on building genuine companionship and promoting independence at home.

You do not need previous experience in the care sector; what we value most is your inherent compassion, dependability, and genuine commitment to supporting others. We are committed to your success and will provide you with all the comprehensive training, dedicated support, and confidence you need to excel in this rewarding career!

What you’ll bring:

  • Reliability, compassion and a genuine commitment to supporting others
  • A willingness to learn and complete essential qualifications required for the role, such as the Care Certificate
  • Flexibility to work - including evenings and weekends (at least every other)
  • A full UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
