We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to join our outstanding team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. Duties

  • Providing personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assisting with meal preparation and ensuring proper nutrition for clients.
  • Offering companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
  • Supporting clients with mobility and performing heavy lifting when necessary.
  • Assisting with medication reminders and monitoring health conditions.
  • Providing care for individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments.
  • Driving clients to appointments or social activities as required.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment within the home.
  • Collaborating with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

  • Experience in caregiving, particularly in assisted living or childcare settings.
  • Knowledge of dementia care practices is highly desirable.
  • Certification in first aid is an advantage.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges.
  • A valid driver's licence for transporting clients when necessary.
