Hey there! We’re Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. Our mission? To democratize access to culture and entertainment. With our proprietary cutting‑edge technology and data‑driven approach, we’re revolutionizing the way people engage with live entertainment. Every month, our platform inspires over 300 million people in +55 countries (and counting) to discover unforgettable experiences while also empowering event creators with our data and technology, helping them scale, innovate, and enhance their events to reach new audiences.
To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar‑raisers with a hands‑on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!
Meet the team: We know the impact experiences have on lasting memories. That’s why we help brands connect in a meaningful way with their audience through culturally resonant campaigns. Operating like a creative agency, our team uses its expertise in entertainment and immersive events to help brands and agencies across the globe conceptualize, produce, and manage multi‑channel campaigns that give audiences experiences they will remember.
The Role: We’re looking for an energetic, proactive, and resourceful Junior Producer to join our Brand Partnerships team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves the “how” behind great ideas—turning creative concepts into reality through meticulous planning, supplier coordination, and on‑set support. You will work closely with our Project Managers to bridge the gap between a client’s vision and the final execution.
- Support the creative team during the proposal stage by researching the practicalities of ideas—checking lead times, permit requirements, and technical constraints.
- Help build “hard cost” estimates for proposals under tight deadlines, ensuring our creative ideas align with realistic production spends.
- Research and liaise with external suppliers, fabricators, and prop houses to source quotes and oversee production quality.
- Work side‑by‑side with Project Managers to ensure the logistical side of a campaign (production) aligns with the client side (timelines/comms).
- Build and distribute essential documents including run sheets and production schedules.
- Lead the end‑to‑end logistics for physical activations and shoots, including venue sourcing, booking suppliers (catering, staffing, transport), and building run sheets to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide “on‑the‑ground” support for events, acting as a production assistant to manage team movements, setup, and schedule tracking.
- While not a core requirement, if you are comfortable being on‑camera and acting as one of the “faces” of Secret London content when needed, bringing a natural and enthusiastic energy to our social‑first videos.
Who you are: 0–2 years experience in production assistance, event coordination, or creative agency support. Experience or a strong interest in the “making” side of media: shoots, fabrication, or physical activations. You’re a proactive problem‑solver who enjoys finding a way to make things happen. You’re able to juggle multiple vendor quotes and logistics without losing track of the details. You take full ownership of your tasks, chasing vendors and coordinating logistics without needing a nudge. You have the drive to get away from the desk, get on the phone, and get on‑site to ensure every production is executed to the highest standard.
Why you’ll love it here: Opportunity to have a real impact in a high‑growth global category leader. 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences. Structured training program with significant professional growth potential. Great work environment with a young, international team of talented people. Responsibility from day one within a supportive and dynamic culture.
Fever is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workspace where everyone’s background and ideas count. Our main goal is to find the best possible talent regardless of place of birth, racial or ethnic origin, gender, gender identity, religion, opinion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, marital status, age or caring responsibilities. We encourage everyone to apply!
If you require any kind of accommodation during the selection process please contact our Talent team so we can help you by providing a welcoming and seamless journey.
Thank you for considering joining Fever. We cannot wait to learn more about you!
