We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our manufacturing team.

This role would be ideal for someone with minimum 3 years’ maintenance experience who is looking to develop their career and take on greater responsibility within a supportive engineering environment.

Perhaps you're currently working as a Maintenance Technician, Mechanical Technician or Engineering Technician and are ready for the next challenge.

You'll be working in a team of engineers, gaining exposure to a wide range of machinery and equipment while helping to keep our production operation running safely, reliably and efficiently.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across production machinery and site facilities.
  • Responding to equipment breakdowns and assisting with fault finding and repairs.
  • Supporting machinery installations, modifications and improvement projects.
  • Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime and maximise performance.
  • Maintaining maintenance records and ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
  • Supporting continuous improvement activities and helping identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability.
  • Following all health, safety, quality and environmental procedures.

  • Recognised Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a maintenance, engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Mechanical maintenance experience gained through work experience, apprenticeship or technical role.
  • Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work safely and follow established procedures.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach and desire to develop your engineering career.
  • Recognised mechanical engineering apprenticeship or equivalent.
