Ensure conformity of parts by inspecting products in accordance with customer drawings, inspection reports, and relevant customer specifications and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect parts (Work in Progress / Final product) and associated paperwork against applicable requirements and configuration at relevant manufacturing stages.
  • Use conventional inspection methods in accordance with inspection reports.
  • Carry out inline process and product inspections throughout the factory.
  • Raise non-conformance reports following the quality system.
  • Release products directly to the manufacturer within our DPRV department.
  • Calibrate, build, and inspect tooling.
  • Organize collection and release of measuring instruments for external calibration.
  • Participate in MSA & Gauge R+R studies.
  • Support and advise on new product inspection methods.
  • Support problem-solving activities within the company’s continuous improvement program.
  • Participate actively in safety improvement activities.
  • Perform all reasonable requests made by management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience inspecting fabricated parts.
  • Working knowledge of ISO9001/AS9100.
  • CMM or FARO arm experience using PC-DMIS or Polyworks (training available for suitable candidates).
