The Seneye product range allows fish keepers to truly understand what happens inside their aquarium or pond by monitoring the harmful parameters which aren't detectable to the human eye. In addition to manufacturing retail, home aquarium products, Seneye Ltd.'s commercial division installs sensor and monitoring devices in many of the nation's Public Aquarium and Rivers. In 2019, Seneye acquired a leading Aquatics distributor ITC and now represents a multitude of international brands in the UK market under the banner: Aquatic Now!
The Opportunity: Working as part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for UK sales within the Retail Division. Working in line with the company objectives, you will be charged with developing and implementing the brand strategies in the UK market.
The Role:
- Nationwide field sales role representing the Aquatic Now product range
- Driving profitable sales to the UK Aquatics retail sector.
- Strengthening existing relationships and building strategic partnerships within the territory.
- Ensure the brands are represented and merchandised optimally in store.
- Winning new business opportunities within the UK retail aquatic sector from agreed distribution targets.
- Build strategic plans to secure new accounts nationally.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies, account business plans that increase sales, distribution, and promotional activity across the Region.
- Evaluating performance & developing processes that drive sales.
- Budget responsibility for the Regions sales and profitability.
- Creating the annual sales budget in conjunction with the team.
- Preparation and management of the Regions sales forecast.
- Organising trade shows and events.
- Provide key partner store product training.
- Cross functional liaison with team members at HQ.
The Candidate:
- You will have a proven track-record in sales of consumer products selling in the B2B channel.
- Knowledge of the Aquatics or related Pet industry.
- A skilled Account Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- You will be able to demonstrate your ability to deliver high level category presentation derived through market research, category, and competitor analysis.
- Skilled in data analysis and managing customers using customer relationship management (CRM).
- Your personal skills will include self-motivation, tenacity, energy together with a broad commercial understanding.
- Dynamic communicator with proven influencing skills, able to overcome objections with suitable solutions.
- You will have a high level of drive for success and a true desire to achieve exceptional results.
- Adopt a structured, organised approach to business with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, be results driven, analytical & creative.
- A good understanding of Social Media platforms and commercial applications.
- Full UK Drivers Licence a necessity.
