Mae Gwasanaeth Diogelwch y Senedd yn gyfrifol am gynnal diogelwch pawb sy'n ymweld â'r Senedd neu'n gweithio yno, gan gynnwys swyddogion etholedig a'u staff. Fel Rheolwr Gweithrediadau Diogelwch, bydd gennych ran ganolog yn y gwaith o ddiogelu Ystad y Senedd wrth arwain, datblygu a chefnogi ein Harweinwyr Tîm Diogelwch a'n Swyddogion Diogelwch. Byddwch yn sicrhau bod ein gweithrediadau diogelwch yn cael eu cynnal i'r safonau uchaf, gan hefyd ddarparu pwynt cyswllt tawel, proffesiynol a diplomyddol ar gyfer ystod eang o staff, ymwelwyr a rhanddeiliaid.

Byddwch yn darparu rhyngwyneb proffesiynol i gwsmeriaid, gan ymdrin yn ddiplomyddol ag amrywiaeth o bobl o wahanol gefndiroedd, boed yn staff neu’n ymwelwyr. Byddwch yn gweithio fel rhan o dîm o bedwar Rheolwr Gweithrediadau Diogelwch. Er bod pob un o'r pedwar deiliad swydd yn gyfrifol am gyflawni'r ystod lawn o ddyletswyddau gweithredol, mae maes ffocws arbenigol dynodedig i bob rôl hefyd. Bydd disgwyl i chi ddangos parodrwydd i ddysgu, ynghyd â doethineb, gallu rhagorol i weithio mewn tîm, a sgiliau rhyngbersonol, sgiliau arwain a sgiliau rheoli.
