Responsibilities
- Completes Customer service functions as necessary.
- Ensure the accuracy of all outbound shipments.
- Responsible for completing all required shipping documents (BOL, Manifests).
- Maintains files of all required shipping documents.
- Completes Inventory reconciliations as required.
- Communicates with OTR truck drivers and Warehouse forklift drivers.
Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office software.
- Detail oriented.
- Have good customer service skills.
