Seneca Foods in Leicester, NY is currently seeking a Seasonal Human Resource Clerk to join our team. The Seasonal Human Resource Clerk will assist the Human Resource Manager in maintaining employee records, coordination of seasonal staffing and the administration of the company HR policies at our Leicester location during our production season (approximately June-November).
Responsibilities:
- Maintain personnel records
- Coordinate seasonal staffing for the plant
- Help administer work comp claims
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation and training
- Respond to employee inquiries
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
- Previous work experience in the HR function is preferred
- High School diploma
Hourly wage: $16.45-$16.60
Schedule: Monday Through Friday 6AM-2:30PM
