Sendsory is seeking a Head of Wellbeing & Development to lead therapeutic wellbeing and communication for children aged 4–11 with complex SEND.
You will deliver 1:1 and group therapies, support EHCP outcomes, and champion Total Communication, setting a trauma‑informed, restorative culture.
You will work with families and external professionals, provide staff coaching, and contribute to safeguarding, assessment and reflective practice across the provision.
