A school is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher to join our team from September 2025. We're a specialist school committed to nurturing every student's potential through personalised, inclusive education. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people with complex learning needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, communication needs, and sensory profiles
- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to a range of SEND needs
- Create a positive and structured learning environment
- Work collaboratively with support staff and therapists
- Monitor pupil progress and contribute to EHCP reviews
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience teaching learners with SEND in a specialist or mainstream setting
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong understanding of inclusive practices and behaviour support strategies
- A nurturing, adaptable, and team-focused approach
