- A caring, resilient, and patient approach
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Confidence supporting pupils with emotional, behavioural, or sensory needs
- Flexibility to work across different school settings in Morden
- A Child and Adult DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
- Availability for either long-term work, daily cover, or both
