We are seeking an exceptional Head of Inclusion to join our Senior Leadership Team in Hillingdon. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Inclusion to lead inclusion, safeguarding and therapeutic services within a specialist post‑16 education setting in Hillingdon. About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to strategic planning and organisational development.

- Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).

- Promote inclusive practice throughout the Hillingdon setting.
- Liaise with families, carers, local authorities and external agencies.

Therapeutic Services
- Speech and Language Therapy (SALT).
- Occupational Therapy (OT).
- Counselling and Physiotherapy services.
- Therapy Assistants and multidisciplinary interventions.
- EHCP provision and therapeutic support plans.
- Annual Reviews and specialist learner support.
- Therapy budgets and service development within Hillingdon.
Admissions and Quality Assurance
- Assess therapeutic and support needs for prospective learners.
- Support admissions and placement planning.
- Contribute to quality assurance and compliance activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards across Hillingdon.
About You
- Significant experience working within SEND, specialist education or further education settings.
- Strong safeguarding knowledge and experience.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of EHCPs, SEND legislation and inclusive practice.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
