Responsibilities
- Delivering highly differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs
- Supporting pupils with ASD, PMLD, MLD and associated needs
- Creating a structured, nurturing and inclusive learning environment
- Working closely with TAs, therapists, SENCOs and senior leaders
- Promoting communication, independence and emotional regulation
- Adapting teaching strategies to suit a wide range of abilities

Requirements
