Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant:
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, expanding our client base.
- Guide school leaders through recruitment processes using a consultative approach.
- Source, screen, and on board outstanding teachers and support staff for SEND settings.
- Write engaging job adverts and manage applications.
- Ensure all candidates are legally compliant (references, DBS checks, etc.).
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and technology teams to optimise service delivery.
