The Role

We’re looking for a Klaviyo expert who can take full ownership of email marketing for our clients - end to end.

You’ll be the go-to person for:

  • Strategy
  • Design

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own the full lifecycle of email marketing for multiple e-commerce clients
  • Plan, write, design, and build campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo
  • Develop and optimise high-performing automations
  • Design emails that are clean, clear, and convert - optimised across devices
  • Write copy that supports brand tone and drives action
  • Report and optimise based on performance data (open rate, CTR, revenue etc.)
  • Collaborate with clients to understand goals, voice, and product mix
  • Run A/B tests and use results to refine content, timing, segmentation
  • Stay compliant with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other best practices
What We Offer
  • Up to £45k salary, depending on experience
  • Remote-first working, with team meet-ups and socials
  • Flexible working hours
  • A chance to work closely with ambitious e-com brands
  • Creative freedom and full ownership of your projects
  • Ongoing support, development, and learning opportunities
