The Role
We’re looking for a Klaviyo expert who can take full ownership of email marketing for our clients - end to end. You’ll be the go-to person for:
- Strategy
- Design
- Copywriting
- Flow builds
- Campaign execution
This isn’t a siloed role - we need someone who knows Klaviyo inside out, from creative direction through to technical build. You should be confident managing multiple e-commerce accounts and delivering high-quality work without hand-holding. If you’ve built and run high-performing email programmes for e-commerce brands and want the freedom to lead on creative and commercial direction, this one’s for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full lifecycle of email marketing for multiple e-commerce clients
- Plan, write, design, and build campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo
- Develop and optimise high-performing automations
- Design emails that are clean, clear, and convert - optimised across devices
- Write copy that supports brand tone and drives action
- Report and optimise based on performance data (open rate, CTR, revenue etc.)
- Collaborate with clients to understand goals, voice, and product mix
- Run A/B tests and use results to refine content, timing, segmentation
- Stay compliant with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other best practices
