About The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly team on a bank staff basis. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work around your schedule while supporting our nursery when extra staff cover is needed.
As part of our bank team, you will play a key role in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, supporting their learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality care and learning opportunities to children aged 0–5 years.
- Work as part of the team to ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
- Plan and support engaging activities that meet individual children’s needs.
- Build positive and supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate observations, assessments, and records as required.
- Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are always followed.
About You
- Must hold a minimum Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
- Knowledge of the EYFS and experience working in an early years setting.
- Warm, caring, and committed to supporting every child’s development.
- Flexible and reliable, with the ability to adapt to different age groups and routines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
