Pay: £25.00 – £30.00 per hour

We are looking for a caring and committed Nurture Tutor to work 1:1 with primary-aged children who are disengaged from education. Delivering core subjects (English and Maths, plus wider curriculum where appropriate) in community settings, you will help rebuild confidence, develop trust, and create positive early experiences of learning. This role is ideal for qualified teachers or experienced educators who have stepped away from the traditional classroom but still want to make a meaningful impact.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has QTS or strong primary teaching/tutoring experience
  • Has experience supporting children with SEMH or additional needs
  • Builds warm, consistent, and trusting relationships
  • Understands that behaviour is communication
  • Is patient, creative, and adaptable
