About Send it to Alex Ltd:
Founded by two neurodivergent sisters, Send it to Alex offers a support service that meets the support requirements of neurodivergent professionals at work.
Our vision is a world of work where everyone is included, empowered, and accommodated.
We are committed to closing the disability employment gap in the UK for neurodivergent people in three key ways: connecting individuals with trained Support Workers, neuro-inclusive training for organisations and Support Workers, and advocacy throughout the process of applying for funding for support.
Position information:
The purpose of this position is to promote independence and enable our Clients to meet workplace and personal objectives and overall career ambitions through the Virtual Support we provide. We are invested in facilitating tailored support to meet each individual Client\βs needs with the mission to bridge the disability employment gap. Below is an example of the type of support you may provide:
- Utilise time management strategies to create timelines with reminders.
- Map out work schedules and prioritise workloads.
- Break down tasks into manageable steps with structured task lists.
- Prompt deadlines and facilitate structured breaks to maintain focus.
- Organise and maintain calendars, ensuring accurate appointment scheduling with reminders.
- Provide regular reminders and check-ins to stay on track with deadlines.
- Proofread documents for spelling, grammar, and structure, ensuring clarity.
- Assist with rephrasing sentences and interpreting instructions to ensure ideas are communicated effectively.
- Support the organisation of documents using visual elements like bullet points, charts, or infographics.
- Collaborate to create reusable templates for tasks such as budgets or proposals.
- Help compile necessary information and structure it to meet requirements.
- Identify and implement focus-enhancing strategies and sensory-friendly solutions to manage overwhelm.
- Turn meeting notes into actionable plans and provide follow-up summaries of actions.
- Create visibility to task actions to optimise engagement and forward thinking.
- Support with creation and implementation of a structured routine that includes encompassing facilitation of a sensory-friendly environment, free from distractions.

Requirements:
- We encourage all of our Associates to undertake our practical person led Neurodiversity training, if not completed previously
- Use of your own home-office setup including laptop or computer
- Evidence of ICO registration
- Evidence of public liability/professional indemnity insurance
- Details of 2 supplier references
- Availability of between 8-30 hours per week
