We’re recruiting Outreach Teachers to deliver personalised 1:1 learning to young people who are currently unable to access mainstream education. This is an opportunity to step away from the pressures of traditional classroom teaching and focus on what matters most: building relationships, inspiring confidence, and helping learners achieve their potential.

Whether supporting students with SEND, SEMH, anxiety, or other additional needs, you’ll have the time and freedom to tailor your teaching to the individual in front of you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver engaging 1:1 learning sessions tailored to individual needs
  • Support young people to re-engage with education
  • Build confidence, resilience, and emotional wellbeing
  • Adapt your teaching style to help learners succeed
  • Work within community settings including homes, libraries, and local venues

What We’re Looking For

  • QTS or relevant teaching/support experience
  • Experience supporting SEND
