Key Responsibilities: * Provide tailored support to a child with SEND in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting. * Utilise and adapt effective strategies to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviors. * Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment. * Monitor and document the child's progress and behaviors to guide best practices. * Work closely with parents and caregivers to ensure consistent, integrated support. * Assist in developing and implementing personalized learning plans that cater to the child’s unique needs.
