Full-Time Special Educational Needs (SEND) Support Specialist Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM Salary: Starting at £90+ per day Start Date: November 4, 2024 About Us: At SEND Inclusion Support, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and nurturing educational environment for all children, with a special focus on those with special educational needs (SEND) and mental health challenges. Our mission is to provide outstanding staffing solutions within the education and residential sectors. Key Responsibilities: * Provide tailored support to a child with SEND in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting. * Utilise and adapt effective strategies to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviors. * Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment. * Monitor and document the child's progress and behaviors to guide best practices. * Work closely with parents and caregivers to ensure consistent, integrated support. * Assist in developing and implementing personalized learning plans that cater to the child’s unique needs.
