About the Role

SEND Inclusion Support is supporting our partner school in recruiting a PSHE Teacher to deliver high-quality Personal, Social, Health, and Economic education in an inclusive environment. While the original brief is for a lead position, applications from teachers with relevant PSHE experience are welcome. This role is initially temporary with the potential to become permanent, supporting the school’s ongoing teaching and inclusion needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging PSHE lessons tailored to students' needs.
  • Support students' personal, social, and emotional development.

Person Specification

Essential:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching PSHE at secondary level or relevant key stages.
  • Knowledge of SEND strategies and inclusive education.

  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
