Through our Nurture Pathway, you’ll work as a Nurture Teacher, supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, and EBSA needs who are currently out of school. You’ll design and deliver bespoke, interest-led sessions that build confidence, re-engage learners, and prepare them for reintegration—on their terms. Our approach prioritises relationships first. We believe that with the right connection, curriculum can follow. We work 1:1, at the pace of the student, blending creativity, empathy, and structure to bring learning to life.
We are now expanding our service to support students in the local area. Referrals include a wide range of needs—from students on the verge of exclusion, to those with complex SEND or severe school-based anxiety. If you're an experienced teacher or tutor ready to bring your skills where they’re needed most, we’ll match you with students aligned to your specialism.
