This is a chance to step away from full-class pressures and deliver meaningful, personalised teaching.
We re recruiting QTS teachers (EYFS KS4) to provide 1:1 support for pupils currently outside mainstream education. Sessions take place in safe, LEA-approved settings such as libraries and community spaces.

- Planning and delivering individualised lessons in core subjects
- Supporting pupils confidence, engagement and emotional needs
- Creating calm, consistent learning environments
- Using relationship-led and trauma-informed approaches
- Working alongside families and other professionals
