Role
We\βre on the lookout for passionate, trauma-informed Nurture Teachers to provide 1:1 personalised tuition to children and young people across Eccles, Salford, Trafford and surrounding areas, who aren\βt currently accessing education.

What you\\\βll do
You\βll support young people with a range of needs and deliver tailored sessions in safe, supportive environments like:
- Local libraries
- Community hubs
- Schools
- Occasionally in the student\\\βs home (always fully risk-assessed and safeguarded)
Qualifications & Requirements
- Hold QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
- Have a DBS on the Update Service (or are happy to apply)
- Have experience across multiple key stages (KS1-KS4)
- Are confident supporting learners with SEMH, SEND and EBSA
- Use a trauma-informed, relationship-first approach to teaching
- Can plan and deliver individualised, engaging sessions independently
