Role

We\’re on the lookout for passionate, trauma-informed Nurture Teachers to provide 1:1 personalised tuition to children and young people across Eccles, Salford, Trafford and surrounding areas, who aren\’t currently accessing education.

What you\\\’ll do

You\’ll support young people with a range of needs and deliver tailored sessions in safe, supportive environments like:

  • Local libraries
  • Community hubs
  • Schools
  • Occasionally in the student\\\’s home (always fully risk-assessed and safeguarded)

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Hold QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
  • Have a DBS on the Update Service (or are happy to apply)
  • Have experience across multiple key stages (KS1-KS4)
  • Are confident supporting learners with SEMH, SEND and EBSA
  • Use a trauma-informed, relationship-first approach to teaching
  • Can plan and deliver individualised, engaging sessions independently
