About Us:
Join our dynamic team in a state-of-the-art school building located in Newbury. We are committed to providing exceptional education and support for children and young people with complex needs and mental health difficulties. Our staff are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of our students, and we are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-on-one and group support in the classroom.
- Assisting in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Supporting students in developing social and emotional skills.
- Monitoring and recording progress, and communicating effectively with parents and caregivers.
Requirements:
