Looking to step away from the pressures of mainstream teaching? This is an opportunity to work in a more flexible, rewarding way supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis across a range of ages and needs. You’ll deliver personalised sessions to learners from Early Years through to Key Stage 4 and Further Education, supporting those with SEND and SEMH needs to re‑engage with learning, build confidence, and make meaningful progress. Sessions take place in safe, community‑based settings such as libraries and local venues across Manchester, with additional opportunities in Salford, Bolton, Bury, Wigan, Lancashire, and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored 1:1 learning sessions across EYFS, KS1, KS2, KS3, KS4, and FE

- Create calm, structured, and positive learning environments
- Use a nurture‑based, relationship‑led approach to support progress
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification essential
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs across any key stage
- Strong understanding of differentiated and inclusive teaching practices
- Patient, adaptable, and child‑centred approach
- Ability to work independently in community settings
