This is an opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. Working alongside an experienced management team, you will help create a safe, nurturing and structured environment where young people can thrive, develop resilience, and achieve positive outcomes. As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the home, supporting staff, maintaining high standards of care, and ensuring the home operates in line with regulatory requirements and best practice.
