Job Title: Children\’s Homes Team Leader Salary Range: £36,248 – £43,287 (inc 2 sleep-ins per month) Location: Willington, County Durham About Us: Joining our team means becoming a vital part of a young person\’s day-to-day life. Role and Responsibilities: As a Team Leader, you will be instrumental in the daily care of our young people, ensuring smooth operations and creating lasting memories. You will also provide crucial support to the staff team and maintain high standards, with the capacity to deputize for the Registered and Deputy Managers when needed. We are looking for individuals who can connect with and build relationships with our young people. Compassion, emotional resilience, and supportiveness are key, along with the ability to inspire and lead your colleagues.
