SEND Inclusion Support in Birmingham is seeking an inspirational Assistant Headteacher – Behaviour Lead to lead behaviour, wellbeing and inclusion across the school, working with the Senior Leadership Team to create a nurturing environment where every pupil thrives.

The role requires QTS and significant leadership experience in education, with deep SEN/SEMH knowledge.

You will coach staff, monitor data, engage families and external partners, and deputise for SLT as needed.
