- PGCE with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- Experience working with students with SEND, SEMH, and EBSA is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A flexible and proactive approach to teaching and problem-solving, including the ability to adapt to various learning environments.
