Adapt learning to meet a range of SEMH and educational needs
Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils

Create a calm, structured and predictable learning environment
Encourage engagement, confidence and a sense of achievement
Work closely with support staff and the wider therapeutic team

This is a
therapeutic school , not a traditional classroom environment. The staff team take a relationship-led approach and understand that pupils need to feel safe, understood and valued before they can fully engage with learning. You'll be joining a supportive team where your teaching can have a real impact - and with a
permanent position potentially available , there is the opportunity to build something long term. Apply now for an ASAP start.
