This role is part of our Remote Monitoring Solutions product line. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee the efficient distribution of goods.
- Ensure the shipments are prepared, documented and delivered on time, within budget, and in line with customer expectations and quality standards.

- Coordinate customer shipments and transportation activities from preparation through delivery.
- Ensure on-time delivery performance while maintaining cost control and service quality.
- Manage freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics partners.
- Monitor logistics KPIs, identify issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Communicate shipment progress with internal teams and customers as needed.
- Contribute to process improvements, including ERP and logistics workflow enhancements.

- Your strong knowledge of import/export transport regulations, freight rules, Incoterms, and CPC codes.
- Your experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Your experience with process improvement, ERP systems, and SOPs.

- Your strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Your experience in transporting lithium batteries is an asset.
- You carry an IATA and/or CDGP certification.
