Education Support Worker - College - Poole, Dorset.

Duration: 5 days a week - ongoing.
Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months experience supporting students with autism, social emotional mental health difficulties, and some profound needs.
- Experience supporting students aged 16-25.
- Able to follow students' ECHPs.
- Experienced with ASD, PMLD, SEMH, trauma, sensory processing, and social communication.
- Teaching background.
- The ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with vulnerable students.
- Have a clear DBS registered to the update service - child and adult checked.
