Job Overview
Provide support to young adults (aged 16‑25) who have autism, mild and profound needs, and SEMH.
Ideal Candidate
- At least 6 months experience supporting students with autism, social emotional mental health difficulties, and some profound needs.
- Experience supporting students aged 16‑25.
- Able to follow students ECHPs.
- Experience with ASD, PMLD, SEMH, trauma, sensory processing, and social communication teaching background.
- Strong ability to build meaningful relationships with vulnerable students.
- Clear DBS registered to the update service – child and adult checked.
