The ideal SEN Teacher must:
- have at least 6 months experience teaching students who have autism and PMLD
- have good Maths and English knowledge - entry level functional skills
- have the ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with vulnerable students
- be able to plan lessons and delegate tasks to LSAs
- be available to start ASAP
- have QTS
- have a clear DBS registered to the update service
