Sencare Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an Education Support Worker for a special primary school in Poole, Dorset.

Start ASAP, ongoing role five days a week.

Hours are from 8:30am to 4:30pm, supporting pupils aged 4–11 with autism and SEMH, including some personal care tasks.

The role requires a DBS update service check, experience with ASD, PMLD, SEMH and trauma-informed approaches, and the ability to build strong, supportive relationships with vulnerable students.
