SENCO role in Welling is a part-time position (8:45am-5:15pm, 3β4 days per week; potential to go to five days depending on demand) within ADO Therapy.
You will lead SEND provision and ensure EHCP requirements are embedded in educational programmes.
You will coordinate Annual Reviews, develop ILPs, monitor learner progress, and work with education and therapeutic colleagues to keep provision child-centred, while maintaining accurate records and statutory documentation.
