Full time, 5 days a week – 8:15 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday. We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Headteacher to work for an Alternative Provision based in West Drayton in the London Borough of Hillingdon.
About the school: This is a secondary special school for students with social, emotional and mental health needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Safeguarding and welfare: Take a lead role in safeguarding, child protection, and other health and safety procedures.
- Student support and curriculum: Work with staff to develop alternative curriculum options, vocational provision, and work experience.
- Data and performance: Analyse school data to identify trends in student progress and disaffection, and implement strategies.
- Strategic development: Lead on key projects and initiatives, and contribute to the overall vision and direction of the school.
