As a Supported Living Worker, you will support tenants with all aspects of daily living, including:

  • Cooking, cleaning, shopping, and household tasks
  • Supporting independence and life skills
  • Accessing the community, attending college, and social activities
  • Supporting hobbies, leisure activities, and trips out
  • Providing emotional reassurance and positive behavioural support when tenants feel anxious or frustrated

You will receive fully funded Team Teach positive behaviour support training, with annual refresher training provided. Due to the semi-rural location, a driving licence and access to your own transport are highly desirable. You may occasionally be required to transport tenants or staff using your own vehicle (with appropriate insurance) or a company vehicle.
