SENAI is seeking an experienced VP of Sales – Europe to lead and accelerate our growth with Intelligence Agencies, Law Enforcement, Defense, and National Security organizations across Europe.
The ideal candidate is a highly autonomous, results-oriented B2G sales leader with a strong network across the European security ecosystem and a proven ability to originate, develop, and close complex, high-value government contracts.
This is a hands-on sales leadership role.
We are looking for someone who can operate independently, open doors, build trusted relationships, drive opportunities forward, and close deals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute SENAI’s European B2G sales strategy, with a primary focus on Intelligence Agencies, Law Enforcement, Defense, and National Security organizations.
- Build and own a strategic pipeline across priority European markets, from initial prospecting and relationship building through contract signature.
- Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with decision-makers, operational stakeholders, procurement teams, and government partners.
- Lead complex government sales cycles, including demos, POCs, RFPs/RFIs, tenders, procurement processes, negotiations, and multi-year contracts.
- Proactively identify new opportunities and create access to relevant government organizations and programs.
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships with local partners, integrators, distributors, and government technology partners where relevant.
- Navigate European public-sector procurement frameworks, budget cycles, compliance requirements, and country-specific buying processes.
- Work closely with SENAI’s Executive, Product, Presales, and Engineering teams to translate customer requirements into compelling solutions and commercial opportunities.
- Represent SENAI at relevant European intelligence, law-enforcement, defense, and homeland-security events.
- Own European B2G forecasting, pipeline management, pricing strategy, and revenue targets.
- Build and scale the European B2G sales organization as the business grows.
- 8+ years of experience in B2G sales, ideally within intelligence, law enforcement, defense, homeland security, cybersecurity, OSINT, data intelligence, or investigative technologies.
- Proven experience selling directly to European Intelligence Agencies, Law Enforcement, Defense, or National Security customers.
- Demonstrated track record of closing complex, high-value, and multi-year government contracts.
- Strong existing network within the European intelligence, law-enforcement, defense, or security ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of government procurement, tenders, POCs, budget cycles, and complex stakeholder environments.
- Highly autonomous and results-oriented, with the ability to take full ownership of a territory and deliver measurable revenue outcomes.
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to create opportunities, open new accounts, and drive deals forward without requiring a large supporting organization.
- Ability to move fast, prioritize effectively, and execute in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to operate effectively across multiple European countries, cultures, and procurement environments.
- Fluent English required; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
