Salary: £32,459.70 – £33,990.32
Rota: 3 on 3 off – 7.30am – 10pm
As a Support Worker at Ecclesbourne Lodge you will work alongside the best in their field and give excellent care and guidance to the residents.
You will support with daily tasks, such as personal care, cooking and cleaning, while encouraging our residents to get involved and learn independent living skills.
This is a varied position, where you will support onsite and out in the community, celebrating birthdays, graduations and seasonal holidays. We are looking for proactive people who have a passion for caring for others and enjoying each day along the way.

Ecclesbourne Lodge is a small residential home for young adults aged 18 – 35 with learning difficulties, autism, and challenging behaviour. We specialise in giving the best possible care and support to our residents. We focus on enabling then to reach personal goals and gain new independent living skills to support them throughout life. We are lucky to have a fantastic team who ensure Ecclesbourne Lodge is a happy, positive environment where our residents can be safe, learn and enjoy life!

Essential Criteria
No previous experience is required – you will be given full training and shadow shifts with our supportive and knowledgeable team
Willingness to complete mandatory training
Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
Relevant level 3 diploma desirable
